7.3 Pink Again Collective will provide all appropriate aftercare instructions. Clients are responsible for following these instructions carefully. Failure to comply may affect results or eligibility for follow-up support.

7.5 — Dignity of Risk Pink Again Collective recognises and respects each client’s right to make informed decisions regarding their own body and care. This includes the dignity of risk — the right to weigh potential benefits and risks and to proceed with autonomy, provided informed consent is given.
We are committed to ensuring clients receive clear, evidence-based information to support decision-making that aligns with their values, wellbeing, and personal goals.
8.1 Pink Again Collective upholds the principles of informed consent as required by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Medical Board of Australia (MBA). All clients have the right to receive clear, balanced, and evidence-based information about proposed treatments, including the potential benefits, risks, side effects, costs, and alternative options.
8.2 Clients are encouraged to ask questions and take time to consider their decisions before proceeding with treatment. Consent must be voluntary, informed, and given without pressure or coercion.
8.3 You have the right to withdraw or withhold consent at any time prior to or during treatment. Withdrawal of consent will be respected immediately and will not affect your right to future care at Pink Again Collective.
8.4 Pink Again Collective acknowledges each client’s autonomy and individuality. Our practitioners will always strive to ensure that treatment decisions are collaborative, trauma-informed, and aligned with your personal values, goals, and wellbeing.
